A simple Filipino snack that was passed from generations. Filipinos definitely love bananas and this fruit can be cooked fried, boiled, baked, chipped, sweetened, and eaten raw.
Ingredients:
1 dozen bananas
2 cups flour
1 cup water
salt
pepper
Procedure:
1. Peel off banana skin and slice the bananas in half horizontally.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour with water. You may adjust the amount of water if you want it too sticky or slightly watery. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
3. Dip sliced bananas into batter and coat evenly. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown.
