Recipes to Share: Boneless Fried Chicken


Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thighs (deboned)
3 cups breading mix
6 to 8 cloves of garlic (chopped)
salt
pepper

Procedure:
1. After deboning the chicken, marinate the meat with garlic, salt and pepper.

 
2. Place the breading mix on a plate. You may add spices that suits your taste.

3. Coat each meat evenly. Make sure the breading mix sticks well to the meat.

4. Place the coated chicken on a separate plate.

5. Deep-fry chicken over medium heat.



6. Cook until golden brown. Be careful not to over-cook the chicken.
