Here's a healthy snack rich in fiber : )
Ingredients:
4 cups oats
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup peanuts (crushed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
2 pcs eggs
Procedures:
1. In a mixing bowl, add butter.
2. Add brown sugar, then mix until the butter and sugar is combined.
3. Add eggs.
4. Add baking powder and vanilla extract then mix well.
5. Add flour and oats.
6. Add peanuts.
7. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
8. Grease a 9x6 inch pan then spread the oatmeal mixture evenly.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. After baking let it cool for a few minutes then cut into desired sizes.
