These three can really help reduce not only cardiovascular diseases but also cancers of breast, prostate, ovaries and uterus. They contain high antioxidants, beta-carotene, manganese and Vitamins A, B1, B6, and C. 

Cucumbers are also a good source of silica which can help strengthen connective tissues of our bodies. Adding Cucumbers in salads and soup can help promote good digestion and can also help in weight loss. These are definitely good for skin hydration and elasticity because Cucumbers contain lots of water. It can also reduce bad breath and can be use at home to clean fogged mirrors.
