The Big Coconut: Peeling Ginger

     All us have our own ways in peeling ginger. But usually what's left from a big chunk of ginger is just a small piece that can hardly add flavor to your dish. Paring knives can peel ginger not only just the skin but also some of the flesh as well which is a total waste and most of us have a hard time peeling in between those bumps. What's the trick to it? Spoon! Use a spoon to peel ginger and you will be finished in no time. The spoon adds the right pressure in peeling ginger and makes everything easier without removing too much of its flesh.
