Recipes to Share: Spiced Cheesy Pork (Nacho Dip)


     Happy Halloween!~ School is out, employees are on vacation and it's a perfect day for horror movies marathon : ) Just think, a windy-gloomy weather, a fresh set of pajamas, your very own checklist of horror movies to watch for the whole day and your all time favorite snack to complete the day. I love nachos! They are fun to eat and even they are considered junk food, still it can be healthy once in a while because they are made up of corn meal. Nacho chips can be partnered with any type of dip you have in mind, so here is one to add in your list of dips for Nachos.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp corn oil
500g ground pork, thawed and drained
250g cheese spread
4 pcs garlic cloves
1 pcs small onion
2 pcs red and green bell peppers, seeds removed; minced
1 tsp sugar
salt
pepper

Procedure:
1. Heat corn oil in a wok and start sauteing garlic and onion.

2. Add bell peppers and continue sauteing; then add ground pork, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and saute until the ground pork starts to turn brown.

3. Once cooked, place it in a bowl and let it cool.

4. Add cheese spread and mix until combined. Enjoy and have a Happy Halloween!!! : )
