The Big Coconut: Mixed Nuts

It's October : ) and pretty soon it will be Christmas time! Yesterday my partner and I went to Chinatown because I was searching for Turmeric Tea. My best friend and I wanted to make our Christmas more meaningful and decided to have a little exchange gift like when we were kids. But unlike before, this time we decided to ask each other what really wanted because even though we are best friends for about 23 years already, sometimes we get to forget things hahahahha
So what he wanted was Turmeric Tea because he found out that Turmeric Tea is really good for the body. My partner and I checked checked a couple of Chinese shops until I saw some jars and packs of Turmeric Tea located in the coffee and tea aisle. I'm really happy because I know where to buy them now and thought about buying them by November or first week of December since our Christmas dinner will be on the 19th; that way I will get to buy the latest pack - fresh.
After the search for the tea, we were so amazed to see what other goodies the store was selling! Lots of preserved fruits, preserved veggies, candies, chocolates, flans, rice cakes, biscuits, more tea and the Mixed Nuts!
I love Mixed Nuts, especially the green peas. They are so crunchy and tasty, I love eating them when I'm watching my favorite animé shows. Different brands have different sets of nut mixes and whatever brand it may be, I love them ~well except for one that has fried anchovies. My brother introduced me to this snack when I was a kid and I really enjoy eating them until now. It's basically healthy because they are made up of nuts, peas and some bits of chips. You don't have to worry about the chips though because there are only few of it and mostly are made up of corn meal. Some brands also have flavored nuts like Barbecue, Wasabi, Hot and Spicy, Cheese and many more. The packaging is also nice! Some come in foil packs while others come in tin cans or jars that can be used again. I would really recommend everyone eating Mixed Nuts : )
