To spice up the spooky mood, here's a strange but delicious Filipino dish that will surely give you goosebumps when you eat it.

Ingredients:
1 kg pork ear or pork face
1/2 kg pork tongue
1/2 kg chicken liver
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 head of garlic chopped
1 or 2 onions minced
8-10 pcs. chili peppers sliced
salt
pepper

Procedure:
***Be sure to wash and clean all ingredients and utensils before cooking

1. Simmer the pork ears until tender about an hour. Then when it's done, grill the pork ears until slightly cooked.

2. Grill the chicken liver and the pork tongue

3. Chop the pork ears, pork tongue and chicken liver into small pieces.

4. In a medium sized wok over medium-high heat, mix all the chopped meat. Add the chopped garlic, minced onion and sliced chili peppers. Mix the ingredients well and add the vinegar. Add salt and pepper to your desired taste. Cook until golden brown and a bit crispy.

Enjoy :)
