Recipes to Share: Fish Fillet

Here's a little something for those who want to eat fish without tasting "fishy".

Ingredients:
1/2 kg tuna fish deboned and filleted
2 cups flour
1 cup water
salt
pepper
vinegar
thyme

Procedure:
1. Marinade fish with a little vinegar, salt and pepper. You may also use lemon or lime if you don't want to use vinegar.


2. Make a batter using 2 cups of flour and water. Adjust the water and mix thoroughly until it becomes a little sticky. Add salt and pepper to taste. Also add a pinch of thyme for flavor. Don't add too much time because it might ruin the flavor because it is a strong spice.

3. Coat the fish in the batter, be sure that it is well coated and deep fry over medium heat. Fry until golden brown. Fish fillet is served best with ginger salad
