Ingredients:
2 kg chicken thighs
2 cans 250g cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk
1 small pack of cheese, grated
1 small can button mushroom
1 small onion
1 tsp thyme
1 cup water
salt
pepper
Procedure:
1. Marinade chicken thigh with salt and pepper. It's best if you leave it overnight.
2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken thighs.
3. Puree onion with milk.
4. In a bowl, add the cream of mushroom, water, thyme, a little salt and pepper, and add HALF of the grated cheese. Mix until all ingredients are combined well.
5. After the mixture is well combined, add it on the chicken evenly. Make sure that the whole dish is well-covered.
6. Add the remaining grated cheese on top then bake in 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
