Ingredients:
1 kg pork meat (deboned and chopped)
1/4 kg shrimp (shells removed and chopped)
2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
salt
pepper
lumpia wrapper
Procedure:
1. Combine pork meat, shrimp, carrots, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Make sure that the meat stuffing is well-mixed. Prepare the lumpia wrapper by separating each, since they tend to stick to one another.
2. Using a spoon, place the stuffing on the lumpia wrapper. Be careful not to over-stuff.
3. Wrap gently so that the wrapper won't tear. Start by folding on both sides and continue to roll until you reach the end. Seal the wrap using water. Arrange them in a tray.
4. After the wrapping, you may cut the lumpia into desired portions or you may fry it whole. Deep-fry over medium heat until golden brown. What we did is we cut the lumpia into three sections, then we fry it.
5. After the lumpia is cooked, drain the excess oil. Enjoy!
