Ingredients:
1 kg pasta noodles
1 kg breast chicken
3 cans cream of mushroom
1 250g can sliced button mushroom
1 500g spiced ham
1 250g cream
1 small pack cheese (grated)
salt
pepper
Procedure:
1. Cook the noodles. You may follow the instructions written at the back of the package or you can cook it using family traditions. We did it using the traditional way. Make sure the noodles are al dente. Drain the water.
2. Slice breast chicken into cubes then sauté it with a little oil and a pich of salt and pepper.
3. Slice spiced ham into small squares.
4. Drain sliced mushroom.
5. In a big wok over medium heat, pour in cream of mushroom.
6. Add the cream then grated cheese, and stir well.
7. Add the sautéd chicken and spiced ham. Then add the sliced mushroom.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the sauce well and when it's cooked, place pasta on a nice platter then top with a generous amount of the sauce. Mix well, then serve. Enjoy! : )
