1. Cut the meat into desired shapes. DON'T cut the meat after it's marinated.
2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade according to your taste. Make sure you add acids like vinegar, wine, lemon juice, or any citrus juices for the meat to tenderize well.
3. After the marinade has been prepared, add the meat. Making sure that the meat is well-submersed into the marinade.
4. Leave it at least overnight or for two days so that the meat will be well-tenderized and for the marinade to be fully-absorbed by the meat.
