Ingredients:
1 bar tofu
2 cups cornstarch
1 tbsp spice (cayenne powder, garlic powder, or any spice you like)
salt
pepper
Procedure:
1. Slice the tofu into 1/2 inch rectangles.
2. In a medium-sized tray or plate, add the conrstarch, spices, salt and pepper.
3. Coat the tofu using the cornstarch mixture.
4. Deep-fry tofu over medium heat using a frying pan for even-heat tranfer.
5. Cook until golden brown. Serve with ketchup! : )
