Ingredients:
2 packs medium sized wanton wrappers
1 kg ground meat
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp hot sauce
8 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 pc small onion (chopped)
salt
pepper
basil
Procedures:
1. Sauté garlic in a wok until slightly brown.
2. Add the onion and continue sautéing.
3. Add butter.
4. As soon as the butter melts, add the ground meat.
5. Add salt, pepper, and basil then continue stir-frying until the meat turn light brown and the excess liquid evaporates completely.
6. Add hot sauce, then continue mixing until well combined. Set aside.
7. Lay a piece of wanton wrapper on a plate. Add a spoon-full of meat.
8. Wrap the meat properly so that when you fry it, the meat won't slip out from the wrapper. I used envelope style because it's much easier and it will surely secure the meat inside : )
9. Deep fry stuffed wanton over medium heat. Make sure you won't over it because the wanton wrapper cooks very fast.
10. Fry until it turns light brown. This is best served with any type of sauce you'd like to experiment with. Any sauce is great for me : ) Enjoy eating!!!
