Good day to all food lovers! : ) I'm very sorry if I wasn't able to update for almost 10 months.
I was so busy at school and at home preparing for our Finals exam plus I was so tied up with my on-the-job-training which started last October until February this year. That means I really had no time to update my blog because I was away from home for almost 5 months.
Since now I am starting to do countdowns for my Graduation day (and I'm so excited about it) and since I don't have any school work from now on, I'm sure I'll have time to update my blog : ) Yeeey!
This new entry is really not that new because I made this last April when I had my summer job. Again, I'm very sorry and i will really try my best to update even if I have many things to do : )
Ingredients:
potatoes
Procedures:
1. Peel potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
2. Slice the potatoes thinly.
3. In a wok, add oil (make sure it's enough for deep-frying). Deep-fry until it turns golden brown.
4. When your potatoes are cooked, remove from the wok and remove excess oil by patting dry using table napkins. Serve with your favorite dip : ) Enjoy!
