My Chopping Board: It's a Matter of Taste: Chicken Ham

A special ham that my mom loves to make for us : )

It is very tasty, a combination of sweet and fruity flavors definitely fit for an emperor's party! My mom often makes chicken or pork hams on special occasions like Christmas or New Year and it really suits these priceless occasions. This is made with secret spices and secret procedures! Don't be fooled, this ham is not your typical ham because the flavors and spices are really well infused.

Cooking is really fun! It can relieve stress, increase your creativity skill and of course, fill our tummies!

It runs in our family's blood to cook. From my Dad and Mom's soups and cakes to my Sisters and Brother's hearty meals and desserts. Since I am the youngest in our family, I was the last to learn about cooking, but hey! it's never too late for anything :) and the moment I learned how to cook, I just couldn't help but volunteer to do all the cooking. I even did a lot of experiments especially with the spices.
