Recipes to Share: Sautéd Cabbages and Carrots with Ground Pork


Ingredients:
1 pc. medium-sized cabbage, chiffonade
1 pc, small carrot, peeled and sliced into this halved discs
1/4 kg ground pork
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire  sauce
salt
pepper

Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic and onion over low heat then add ground pork. Add fish sauce and worcestershire sauce.

2. When you see that the meat is slightly brown, add cabbages and carrots. Continue mixing, but do not mix with too much force so that the vegetables will not break into little pieces. Also take note not to overcook vegetables.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add dry herbs to your liking. Remove from heat
