One of the best meals to prepare during special occasions like birthdays or the much awaited Christmas and New Year! Boneless Crispy Pata is not your typical crispy pata because its, well you've guessed it - boneless! : )
This meal takes time and some patience to prepare; from deboning, to wrapping, to boiling, to freezing, then to frying, this will take you about half a day to prepare.
But the most rewarding part is the eating part! : ) You'll get to experience the crispiness and juiciness of the pata and you can gobble it up without worrying about a single bone, except for its toes which you must not take off to let it maintain its figure while frying. This meal is best served with warm rice and lechon sauce. : )
